Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is NO minimum or maximum requirement. Send your images, no matter the size, and you will get the same great results, because small businesses are as important for us as big ones.

How can I send my images for processing?

Just email the best quality version of your files that you have or if you a have huge amount of work, we will give you FTP details for file transmission. File Transfer Protocol, generally known as FTP, is the technique used to exchange files on the internet, starting with one PC/server onto the next.

Are my files safe with Image2VectorGraphicsIndia.com?

100% YES! It's your intellectual property and it's our duty to protect it. If clients want, we are ready to sign a non-disclosure agreement as per which we destroy the image files after completion of the project and don't use, sell or impart any of them to third parties.

How do I get my processed images back?

Completed images will be sent back to you through email or FTP. We will return the images via the same medium in which we received the batch.

What file types will the image be saved as?

Just specify the format you want for your converted images. We generally send a JPG file but if you request it, we'll also send any of the following file formats: TIFF, GIF, AI, EPS, BMP, PDF, WMF. All files are sent by email or FTP.

Will I be charged if I want corrections in a converted file?

No, if it turns out that we have misconstrued your specifications and instructions and there's a mistake on our part that has led to unsatisfactory results, we will rework at no cost. We will also do new minor adjustments without charging anything. But if you want some fresh changes that may take considerable time, you will have to pay as per our hourly rate.
